Convenient Lifestyles Moving offers:
- A free estimate before any item is moved to their new location. The estimate can be done in person, over the phone, or through email. A detailed list of items to be moved will be completed and a price will be configured.
- Packing and Loading of items, if necessary. Blanket wrapping of all furnishings and special consideration is made to valuables such as fine art, antiques, and other similar valuable items.
- Timely pick-up of all items to be moved by our concerned staff. A Supervisor accompanies the crew of movers to ensure that all items are carefully packed and loaded.
- Unloading of your possessions at the new location. All items will be placed where you desire and will be safely executed using moving equipment.
- Free insurance with all local moves.
- No extra charges for moving on the weekend.
- Local moves are charged by the hour. There are no additional charges for stairs and/or elevators. Convenient Lifestyles Moving never finished until you are completely satisfied.

1. Wants to cancel the account and have the $299 refund.
2. Client saw bad reviews about Fruit Engine.
Action taken:
1. Call escalated from Billing, client is asking to cancel the account and have the $299 refunded.
2. Tried saving the account by informing client that those bad reviews black propaganda coming from our ex-employees. Told client that we have thousands of satisfied clients that is already gaining good rankings online.
3. Client is decided to cancel the account and have the $299 refund. Told client that she is bonded with the contract for 1 year but client insisted that she was not informed about this.
4. Client mentioned that if we don’t provide her the refund she will dispute the payment and will forward this concern to BBB then she hang up.
